Alberg Els Andes - Andorra la Vella

During my xmas stay, I really liked the helpful and kind staff. They were able to provide me with a map of the city and mountains, which was extremely useful in navigating the area. they recommended some beautiful nature parks and hiking trails, which offered great views. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to the city and all its amenities. I had a pleasant experience.

There were a couple of downsides during my stay. the beds for two people were not very comfortable, especially for couples.

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Ample lockers and towels provided. Convenient location near shopping street, restaurants, bars, and bus stop. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking available.

The location was super convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The best part was the ski shuttle, which made it incredibly easy for us to hit the slopes and have a blast skiing all day long. The hostel staff were also fantastic, always friendly and helpful, making sure we had the best time possible.

The only thing we wish for is a bit more of a party atmosphere at the hostel. While we had an incredible time, it would have been even more fun if there were more social events or activities specifically geared towards young, party-going people.

Had a blast skiing nearby and then enjoying a relaxing soak at a nearby spa. Dormitory bed even had a dining area, perfect for my posh picnic meals!

Frozen walls, a single tiny heater, and climbing up a mountain to check-in. Just what every posh lady dreams of!

Best aspects of the hotel were the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. the beds were really cozy and provided a good night's sleep. the rooms and common areas were also kept very clean, which was a big plus. the location of the hotel was great. It was conveniently located near the main shopping street and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It was also close to the bus stop, which made it easy to get around the city.

Worst aspects of the hotel were the lack of storage space in the rooms and the condition of the facilities. There was limited storage space in the rooms, with only a small locker provided for each person.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved that the hostel provided a free washing machine for renters and a rooftop where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful sound of the river. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the room locker until the afternoon and even lending us a padlock when we forgot ours. the room was clean and the cleaning lady was also very friendly. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds. the central location, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of the city, was also a plus.
